The day we met Elaine Kindt was a good one for us. We knew our house might be a little bit of a challenge to sell since it needed some work. Elaine helped us with staging and determing what repairs or changes we should or should not make. Now came the challenge of finding the right new house. When we made a few exploratory trips at the time we listed our house, there were many great options available. Of course, now that ours was sold, that inventory seemed to vanish. It took daily diligence and many trips to find the right one. When we did, Elaine had all the paperwork ready so we immediately made a strong offer the day the house came on the market. And we got it. She also was able to recommend a great mover to us. Throughout the entire process, she was wonderful to work with and put in a lot of effort to get this done and get it done right for us. She did.
